Bison Engineering is a veteran owned, specialty machine shop in Paramount, CA focsued on industrial machining capabilities to support the aerospace industry and other highly engineered aluminum and titanium providers. We have over 30 years of experience in machining and tooling for the commercial, aerospace and defense industries with a reputation for accuracy, dependability and quality of workmanship.

History
Our company began as a small machine shop in the early 1980’s.
Our founders, Lothar Maertens, a trained engineer from Germany, and Neil Thompson, a veteran Navy machinist, saw an opportunity to provide machining capabilities to highly engineered metal forgers such as Weber Metals.
Almost 40 years later, they created a thriving machine shop known as Bison Engineering with experience and expertise for specialized industrial machining.
